Conditions
If the products you have purchased do not meet your expectations for any reason, you may return them within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returns are possible if all the following conditions are met:

The merchandise you want to return was purchased from MaiaSarkis.com

Your return request is submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery

Items must be returned in their original condition, with box, dustbag and cover as received from Maia Sarkis

When trying on footwear, please do not mark the soles or damage the shoe box

The items must not be used in photo shoots, social media posts, online, commercially, or for personal gain. All packaging shipped with your order must be returned

The return has been shipped with the return label provided by the brand

The return has been be shipped from the same country in which the item was purchased.
MAIA SARKIS cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of the returned package.
Please note: Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Return process
Customers are required to cover their return postage.
Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
Whether you arrange a collection or drop off your return, you’ll need to do this from the country or region you ordered to.
Here’s what you need to do:
To start a return, you can visit the returns center page and send us a return request. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Prepare your return

Place the item inside the same packaging - don't forget any brand boxes, dust bags, or cases

Attach your Return Label to the outside of the same packaging.

If you received a Return Note with your order, attach it to the outside of your package

Give the Waybill Doc to the courier. Make a note of the Waybill Number to track your return
When your package is collected or dropped off, make sure you ask the courier to scan the label so you can track your return.
Once your return has been received and approved, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
Refunds can take up to 30 days from the day we receive your order to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges.
If you would like to buy a different product, please return your merchandise and make a new purchase.
