Shipping time

We offer mutliple shipping options: 4 hours delivery within UAE for orders placed before 6PM and next day delivery for orders placed before 2PM (exclusions apply). Kindly note that delays may be caused by delays in payment authorizations and product availability. For international orders, please allow 1-5 business days to process an order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code. Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Taxes and duties

Our warehouse is located in United Arab Emirates. For all orders shipped outside the UAE, the recipient is responsible for any import taxes and customs duties. All import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the sender's country must be borne by the recipient. These fees will need to be paid so as to exempt the order from customs charges. We are unable to estimate how much tax and duty you will need to pay.
